What It Is

Just Like Home is a community initiative created to help children and adults feel seen, valued, and celebrated during moments that matter. The idea is simple. Many people move through important milestones without recognition, support, or the feeling that someone thought of them. Just Like Home exists to change that, even in small ways.

The purpose of Just Like Home is to bring warmth and recognition to moments that are often overlooked. It is about reminding people that they matter and that their milestones are worthy of being acknowledged.

This initiative is not about scale or volume. It is about intention. Whether the gesture is small or more involved, the goal is the same. To help someone feel remembered, supported, and valued.

About The Initiative

Just Like Home is a philanthropic initiative operated by Strategic Care Partners, LLC. The initiative is currently planned as a pilot program for the year 2026. The pilot phase allows us to learn, listen, and understand how this work is received by the community.

The pilot is tentatively expected to launch in Spring or Summer of 2026. Based on community response, capacity, and overall impact, there is interest in expanding Just Like Home into a larger initiative beginning in 2027.

At this time, the initiative operates through in kind support only and does not provide financial assistance.

How It Works

Just Like Home supports individuals through identified milestones. Requests may be submitted by individuals, families, or organizations familiar with the recipient’s situation.

Support is provided based on availability and capacity. While every request is reviewed with care, fulfillment is not guaranteed.

Who This Is For

Just Like Home is intended to support underserved children and adults who may not otherwise have the opportunity to celebrate personal milestones. This may include individuals navigating transitions, limited resources, or challenging circumstances.

The initiative is intentionally broad to allow flexibility while remaining rooted in respect and dignity.

Volunteer And Get Involved

There are several ways to support Just Like Home. Volunteers may assist by

• Helping identify individuals who could benefit from the initiative

• Supporting coordination or preparation of in-kind gifts

• Assisting with outreach or organization as the initiative grows
